You can make a beautiful AI image in thirty seconds. Turning it into a page that people follow, save, share and eventually earn from is a completely different game. Over the past few weeks I have been building @prakriti_versee, an AI devotional art page on Instagram and Facebook. This post is the honest playbook so far: the format, the prompts, the Navratri experiments and the reality of monetisation.
Monetisation is enabled on my Facebook page, but enabled does not mean earning on every Reel. The winning mix so far is cinematic visuals + an emotional hook + a searchable caption. Growth and monetisation are two separate workstreams, so treat them that way.

1Start with a brand, not a random image
I originally posted under a different handle and later moved everything to @prakriti_versee. That one decision made the page easier to describe: beautiful AI-generated visuals, spiritual imagery, nature and emotional storytelling. When someone lands on your profile they should understand what they will get within three seconds.
Festival art, deities, nature and emotional storytelling. This is the core identity of the page.
I love scenic motorcycle Reels too, but I keep them separate from the devotional identity.
Mixing unrelated niches confuses both your audience and the algorithm. Merge categories only as a deliberate branding decision, never by accident.
2The 7-part format behind every devotional post
Posting a deity image with a generic greeting is the fastest way to get ignored. This is the repeatable structure I follow instead:
Vertical composition, divine light, a clear subject and room for text.
Subtle motion: a slow push-in, drifting petals, glowing light.
A short, strong phrase that still works with the sound off.
Personal and relatable, linked to real-life struggles instead of a generic greeting.
Deity name, festival, day number, mantra and natural keywords.
A genuine reason to comment, save or share.
Your handle, readable on a phone screen.
3Image prompt vs motion prompt: the mistake almost everyone makes
A stunning still does not guarantee a stunning video. The image prompt defines what the scene looks like. The motion prompt defines what happens over time. When I use Gemini for image-to-video, my motion prompt always covers:
Slow push-in, gentle orbit or foreground-to-background parallax.
Petals, mist, fabric and particles move. Everything else stays still.
Lighting stays consistent from the first frame to the last.
Distorted text, abrupt scene changes and morphing faces.
My 4-scene cinematic profile-promotion video
I wanted a clip that makes people stop scrolling and visit the profile, so I planned it like a tiny film:
A striking opening frame with dramatic light, mist and floating particles. It must be compelling even on mute.
Slow push-in with parallax and controlled depth of field, so it feels like space instead of a flat zoom.
The handle appears in clean, elegant type that is not hidden behind decoration.
One memorable hero frame and a single subtle invitation. No clutter and no five calls to action.
4Case study: the Navratri series
For Shardiya Navratri 2026 I built content around courage, overcoming fear, protection and inner strength. The goal was to connect with people going through a hard moment, not just to repeat festival keywords.
Fear, courage and divine protection. Reel text: “महाशक्ति”
Peace, purity and a calm, polished devotional visual built for mobile.
Fulfilment and gratitude. Cover line: “नव सिद्धियों की दात्री, माँ सिद्धिदात्री”
Lead with a human emotion first (fear, hope, family, gratitude), then reveal the artwork. Beauty earns the first second; emotion earns the share.
5Facebook monetisation: a reality check
When monetisation switched on for my page, my first thought was that every Reel would now pay. It does not work like that. Earnings depend on which monetisation products are available to your account, whether your content is eligible, qualifying views or other activity, and Meta's current policies, which change.
Two ways to make a page commercially useful
Reels that earn attention, shares, saves, profile visits and followers.
A Reel featuring a product with a relevant link attached.
Repetitive, minimally transformed or misleading content may not qualify for monetisation. Check the current rules for the exact feature you plan to use, and never assume pretty AI visuals alone are a business model.
6A simple 25-second product Reel blueprint
For product-linked Reels I use a vertical 9:16 format with this timeline:
A relatable problem, a surprising visual or a curious question.
A clean close-up of the product with smooth camera movement.
Show real use and real benefits. Do not exaggerate performance.
End on a clear product frame and invite viewers to check the link.
If you use an affiliate link, say so where required. If it is an ordinary product link, do not imply it is an official brand advertisement. Always confirm that your account’s linking features allow the format you plan to use.
One more tip: whatever you say in the voice-over should also appear as on-screen text, in big readable type with strong contrast, placed away from the edges where the app interface sits. Highlight only the important words in colour.
7Caption and SEO cheat-sheet
• Name the real subject: deity, festival, day, mantra
• Write like a person, linked to a real feeling
• Use Hindi or English depending on your audience
• Keep to five relevant hashtags
• Ask for just one action
• Stuffing generic viral words
• Copy-paste greetings with no emotion
• Asking for comment, save, share and follow together
• Assuming Instagram captions perform the same on Facebook
• Unreadable, cluttered on-screen text
