For me, small targets play a huge role in improving my life. Targets let you measure your time and offer you an opportunity to utilize time according to the requirement. How do small targets help me be productive I will share in point so you can have a better understanding of it.
1. I
plan for the whole day.
2. Planning
for the day brings clarity of what is to be done and how.
3. And
planning needs to be done at the micro-level so it could be achieved.
4. Do
not force yourself if it is important, you will do it or else you won’t.
Your mind will trick you to go for long-term goals but
if you stick to the small goals then soon you will realize what you have
achieved seemed impossible back then.
And the most important thing while following small
steps is to be flexible and calm. If you are not ready to be disappointed sometimes
then you will break yourself and bring anxiety to your brain. Always be ready
with all your alternate plans and take action wisely.
We always end up thinking about 5 years or 10 years down
the line but we forget about today’s time and opportunity. If we won’t act now
how the outcome will come tomorrow? Think about today, act for now and the
results will come more in your favor.
