To be honest, it is all about purpose.
When you are clear about your goals it is much easier to follow the schedule and be in good habits. I will share two easy and relatable habits to help you be more productive and consistent with your activities.
- Write down your tasks for the day on a paper.
- Review the whole day at the end of the day.
Writing down your tasks keeps you aware and your brain alert about the activities and hence you feel driven with clarity.
Reviewing the day and task list keeps you on track with how you are doing daily. It clarifies how much you need to work on yourself and your habits. Once you are clear about this it becomes easier to convince yourself to be on track and try harder each day when you do not complete the task.
By following this your focus will be improved as you will be involved in doing important tasks and the best part is you feel organized and clean which motivates you to work without feeling confused or cluttered.
