Maintaining a positive mindset all the time is almost impossible, but with practice, we can maintain it for a longer period of time.
To be in practice every day I follow these things:
1. Identifying and avoiding unnecessary tasks helps a lot in handling important tasks throughout the day.2. Jotting down all priority tasks of the day, keep your tasks in written form in the to-do list or daily journal diary.
3. After getting into a new habit tracking it daily for a couple of days is crucial. By doing this we will be able to adjust our time and tasks as per the requirement without wasting or passing our important time.
4. At the initial stage of any habit, I do not look for any outcome, because anything we do, it takes time to deliver the result. Being prepared mentally just to enjoy the process has a huge impact on following the habit for a very long time.
5. Being honest with yourself and not going with the habit just for the sake of showing it to others.
There are a few more, but for now, I think it is good enough to begin with, take baby steps and be in the habit for a specific period to feel and experience the outcome of it.
