Stop yourself from thinking too much!!

  4. Take So Much Action Your Brain Shuts Off - If you’re thinking too much, you aren’t doing enough. Next time you start thinking - just start doing push ups. Sure it’ll will feel dumb, but eventually your mind will start focusing at the task at hand. If you’re thinking too much at a party, start talking to all the people you don’t know. The more action you take, the more engaged you will become the more quiet the space between your ears will be.

  6. Create a Work of Art - An over thinking mind is the result of an idle mind. Develop a creative hobby and devote yourself to creating projects. Thinking in itself is not a bad thing, it’s just when left to its own devices the mind will play games with itself, which are why we over think. So get in the habit of focusing yourself on a task that requires you to be engaged while you create.
