Yes, I am pretty satisfied with my day!
 
I have routines for the day.
for eg…
- Today I woke up at 6:30am
 - Then I did meditation, some push-ups and low jumps.
 - I had my breakfast
 - Before breakfast, I wrote an answer on Quora
 - After breakfast I am writing this answer
 - After sometimes I will go and take shower
 - Again I will be on Quora
 
So,
 basically I know what I have to do the whole day. And if you are clear about,
 what exactly you have to do then you will be relax and calm.
While
 doing exercise I planned what I have to do the whole day. So, I am 
satisfied with my day. if, it goes according to my plan. :)
