If you think a lot, You must read this.

Overthinking is a common issue, it’s like the brain won't shut off," or "I can't stop thinking about how life could have been better if things would’ve been done differently."

Analysis paralysis is a real problem. The more you think, the worse you feel. And your feelings of misery, anxiety, or anger may cloud your judgment and prevent you from taking positive action.

Overthinking comes in two forms; pondering about the past and worrying about the future.

It's different than problem-solving. Problem-solving comprises thinking about a solution and it does not affect your mood or make you feel irate. But, Overthinking involves lodging on the problem.

Overthinking is also different than self-reflection. Strong self-reflection is about the erudition of something about yourself or gaining a new outlook on a situation. It's decisive.

The difference between problem-solving, self-reflection and overthinking isn't about the amount of time you spend in deep thought. Time spent evolving creative solutions or learning from your behavior is productive. Overthinking sucks your energy and time and does not let you be productive.

If you identify that you tend to get caught up in overthinking, don't despair. You can take steps to regain your time, energy, and brain power. Give yourself a pause and ask if you are going on the right path?

‘What ifs’ and ‘should’ control their thinking, as if an unseen jury is sitting in ruling on their lives. And they also agonize over what to post online because they are deeply troubled about how other people will interpret their posts and updates. People who always expect something from others are worried and tensed most of the time they share something.

Long-lasting worrying is not permanent. It’s a mental habit that can be broken. You can train your brain to look at life from a different viewpoint. Practice meditation (5 minutes is enough initially.) Do not be in hurry in everything you do or ask for.
