Leave your bad habits and create a better life!

First thing we need to do is analyze our bad habits and the consequences of it. Then we got to make a list of our bad habits, after making list, start working on it one by one. Pick one small bad habit which could be avoided easily and then replace it with a good one. For example: if you do not like to read then get a book first and tell yourself that you have to read at least one page today, it could be anytime of the day and then keep this on repeat for next 5 days, now your mind somehow will make time for this one-page reading in a day. The next step is to find a particular time for this one page reading as to make this in your habit. 


Now, your mind will do it in autopilot mode you do not have to force yourself to read every day. This is how we can replace a bad habit with a good one by getting into it with a small step. If you will think that you have to do something everyday for next whole year then your mind might give up easily and hence you won’t be able to make it, so trick your mind saying you just have to do it today and then keep saying the same thing every day ‘just today’.

Eventually your mind will fall into this trap and it’ll be beneficial for you and your day-to-day life, as you have a new source of knowledge and now you could do something more than ever you could’ve done.

You can also be in touch with someone who is already better than you and have a disciplined life, so you could learn an be a better version of yourself.
