Tricks to improve from distraction and start to meditate?

Stop multitasking and do one thing/work at a time, by doing this you will be able to focus and be present with the task you’re working on.

We need to be aware when we feel distracted and reaching out to something which will distract us from our work or study, when we are aware the chances are less to fall in the trap of distractions because then we can retain our focus back from doing unnecessary things at the time of doing some important tasks.

Once you feel that you will never get anything or finish any task unless you do it with your total involvement, you will start being focused and concentrated because you have shown your mind the clear way to achieve the goal.

Cut down to your multitasking habits and be focused to a certain limit of work and necessary things which is really important. Do not involve yourself with things which sound cool but actually dragging you to somewhere else and not letting you do your important tasks.

Maintain a to-do list of max 4 things to finish in a day by doing so you will be more productive at the end of the day you will be happy to see your tasks have been completed. If you are having so many things in a day to achieve then it might work in a different way and might make you feel miserable for not getting what you have wished for the day to finish. 



Work on the most important thing at first and after finishing it go for the least important and get your work done without being distracted. Every time you achieve your goal you feel lighter and get wider view of things and situation which help you to think properly and act wisely to reach your final goal of the day and then you have a perfect productive day at the end.
