What are the best 10 good habits for children?

Now is the time to share the good and practical habits for you and your children to live a peaceful and healthy life.

The following 10 habits are as follows: -

1. Friends are an essential part of our life but keep in mind that real and true friends you will find only in your school life and when it comes to college life then you will find friends based on your outfits and wealth and other external factors. This is the harsh truth and we must accept the reasons behind it.

2. Do not trust easily, I always regret this thing so far, I have met many people and seen many examples of it. Before trusting someone and something give time to it. Think, analyze, and then invest your time and energy if you are completely ready for it.

3. Stop complaining, this I have been talking about for the last 3 years is important if you really wish to grow and help yourself. Always complaining about things and people makes you a victim and in a heroic way, you put yourself in trouble mentally. Get out of this mindset and act against it for yourself for your bright future.

4. Be useful, I am rarely talking about it because sometimes it goes above the brain. And even now I am trying to find clarity on it. One thing that is crisp and clear about it is to make yourself valuable and useful to the world there are enormous problems and we must make ourselves responsible for at least one solution even if we are working individually for just one solution think about what an impact the society and world would have in just a couple of years but instead what we do is we create problems and we look for others to fix it and this is the story of every other individual.

5. Understand your surroundings, most of the time we act without understanding our surroundings and the people around us. Before we take any action, we must find out a few things about people and their life who are around us. I will surely add more clarity to it on how and why?

6. Think about “what not to say,” at times we are comfortable with the people around us and colleagues and at that moment we share everything and, in the flow, we forget that they can use the same things for their advantage whether it will be intentionally or unintentionally. Be extra careful about it because once you have said something you cannot take that back.

7. No matter what; take full sleep, most of the time we are lazy and feeling dull, feeling like not doing anything this kind of behavior there might be several reasons but one of the major reasons is half-sleeping. You might have felt or noticed when you have had a good sleep at night you feel fresh and energetic even when you wake up at 9 or 10 am. This I am sharing is based on my own experience. I just try to complete the full cycle of sleep and then I find myself comfortable and relaxed with the work or study.

8. Practice every day, this habit is powerful and impactful. The more I practice the easier it becomes. Whenever you try something new and unique you find it difficult for a few days or a few times but when you get used to it you enjoy it. You can find out many live examples from your life which will surely indicate that practice makes it easier.

9. Do not take everything personally, you will face many situations where you will find yourself offended and disappointed but do not take those things personally and chuck it like it was a joke. If you are taking everything personally means you will demotivate yourself and find less interest next time even if it is important for your work or study.

10. Do not ever forget to do mental exercises like meditation and breathing exercises. No matter how strong or fast you are if you are not calm inside eventually you will ruin everything. There are many examples of it out there. Inner calmness is essential in the way of creating something useful or if you are working on a project it works like a charm. Being calm helps you think creatively and positively. Which can be of great use while doing something for yourself or for society.
