To develop a habit effectively, start with a simple and realistic approach:

3. Set a Specific Time: Allocate a particular time for your habit daily. Whether it's right after waking up, during lunch, or before bedtime, having a designated time enhances the chances of consistency. This helps your habit become an automatic part of your daily schedule.

4. Track Your Progress: Use a straightforward method to monitor your consistency. It could be as simple as marking an "X" on a calendar each day you complete your habit. Visualizing your commitment and progress encourages you to stick to your routine.
