No lengthy answer, I will come to the the point. Let me share my own experience with this. For a few days, I was confused about my work and goal for 2024. Then I decided to analyse my interests and hobbies, like what I can do for a whole day without being bored or you can say I am not aware of time when I am involved in something which I love to do.
So, after 10–12 days of observing my habit and being alert with my work throughout the day, I found myself interested in Writing, speaking, and learning about new techs and inventions along with doing intensive research about interesting topics. for ex: How our brain reacts or works in any particular situation.
Here, what I mean to say all of this is by implementing small changes in our daily routine we can do magic and are capable of creating something that even we were not expecting from ourselves.
Now you can try this and look for yourself whether it works for you or not. Write down your daily tasks and observe how you feel when doing that specific task, it could be writing, doing research, sharing knowledge, reading books etc.
It is very simple and practical to follow in daily life. I agree sometimes we fall for something that we are not interested in for a long time according to our moods and that is absolutely acceptable. This is why we need to spend more time in this practice to find out the exact goal to follow. As time passes by we as a human get to understand the difference between infatuation and true love.
