Changing mindset by following a particular habit

Yes for sure, you can pick any one from the list and practice everyday,

But I have witnessed the change by following several habits :-


  • Focusing on breath, when angry or upset.


  • Doing one thing at a time and with full attention.


  • Setting small goals everyday rather than going for one tremendous big.


  • Staying away from my smartphone whenever I do not need it.


  • Observing things instead of just looking at them.


Any kind of transformation or change would take place only when you will be consistent with the practice. Patience is essentially required while following the habits. 


Whenever you are distracted from your task, instruct your mind to do what is most important and required to do at the moment rather than finding an excuse not to do the thing you must be doing. Visualize the outcome and the benefits you will receive after completing the work, this way you will be able to hold onto the work you're doing.
