I have read so many articles and a few books on self help and making ourselves a better person while living in the different environment.
Reading habit is something which everyone should create and
be consistent with. It has so many benefits in our lives if we are reading
about things everyday and learning and growing our sights and base of
knowledge.
When we live our life with good habits then, we feel happy
and excited and then we are also able to help others, this is the best way to
live a fulfilled life. We have got just one life to do whatever is possible to
do while we are alive.
When we are reading, we feel our brain cells are stretching
and, in the process, we are growing and that strengthen our communication and
expressing skills.
We all want to express ourselves in the best possible way
and to do this we need the advanced knowledge of words and the skill to use
them while we talk or convey our thoughts.
Nowadays most of the people feel stressed and upset for one
thing or the other or maybe about their past incidents. In this case the
reading habit works as a healer and magic we can say, the way it tricks our
brain and makes us feel different.
Through book and the writer, the reader can do miracle as
he is able to be in two different lives at the same time and can have a broader
vision and creativity make and present things in a unique way which others aren’t
expecting.
I am an avid reader and a writer who thinks differently
which might surprise the one who is not even interested in books or stories. Because
their thinking and imagination level is totally different than mine. If I read
about people and places, I find myself there experiencing what the writer has
already felt and seen.
It has always been my strength and my favorite thing to do
every day even when I am having busy schedule, I try to read at least a few
chapters of the book I am reading.
Or some articles or
research papers, related to human behaviors and psychology. These things are
truly an interesting field to be aware of because this teaches us about minds,
habits, moods and so many things related to our daily life and activities.
We must try to understand our life and focus on our habits,
this defines the value and quality of our life and the way we are living and contributing
to the society.
When we are at the peak of the happiness, we want to give
our all and wish to be in the same state for the rest of the life.
To understand all these we need the reality of life not the
imagination and not the fantasies of life but the actual things and habits that
we put into ourselves.
Reading makes it all easy for us to see through and
experience while being at a place where it is hard to move things and be on our
own.
