What should you do to improve your life in a couple of months?

What could be the better way to expand your life than by learning all about your strong point and weaknesses and improving in on your best self. 



Make a list of 5 small things that you enjoy doing, and make sure that you do at least one of these things every day for the next couple of days, and you will see your habits changing for the good.

Stop complaining for the next 5 days. A couple of years back, Will Bowen gave a purple rubber bracelet to each person in his congregation to remind them to stop complaining. “Negative talk produces negative thoughts; negative thoughts harvest negative results”, says Bowen. For the next 5 days, whenever you catch yourself complaining about anything, stop yourself and give a thought to it.

When we buy things, we do not need we are putting our time and energy into trouble, don’t buy anything that you don’t absolutely need.

Recognize one low-priority activity which you can stop doing and dedicate that time to a high priority task instead. And soon you will be more productive and getting countless results of your hard work.

Classify five ways in which you regularly waste time, and limit the time that you’re going to spend on these activities each day, give some time to yourself and stop doing any activity which makes no sense and only sucks up your treasured energy.

Must Start the process. Set some higher goals. Reach for some advanced purpose. Go for something beyond what you thought you could do. Challenge your limits and efforts.

It’s not a top-secret that reading excites your brain’s activity and keeps your mind sharp. It really doesn’t matter what the category is, as long as you devote 10-20 minutes of your day to actually reading. Reading gives you the exposure to different world and teaches you many things about people.

Writing essentially on a paper is one of the best brains exercises ever as makes you actually form and express your thoughts in a written form. Also, often when we write, we use different words than when we talk, we create shorter sentences and skip the bad, unnecessary words.

Staying attentive inspires your brain activity. So, be focused on the things that happen around you. Pay attention to the people you talk to in your day to day activity, be totally present in the places you visit, even to what you do at this exact minute.
