Do self-talks help in coming out of depression but How?

Self-talks not only help in getting rid of depression but also brings clarity in life and career. I have been in this habit of talking to myself and it has really helped in many situations where I felt stuck and frustrated.

Every time you are being impatient just pause yourself and ask a few questions; what you are doing or going through and why? And when you are able to give answers to these questions you will have clarity to your thoughts and you will find way to move ahead.

Asking questions to yourself is the best way to be out of confusion or any kind of dilemma in life.

A few years ago, I was not aware of self-talking thing, because I did not need it in my life, I was careless about everything which could create depression like situation for me. I cared only about present time and situations which could have impact only on present day so it was not a big deal.

As the time went by, so many different and tough situations kept coming so with the problem; solutions also came and that is how I was exposed to meditation, self-talks, yoga etc. which so far had played a huge role in my life and also making me what I am today.

Even if we have one good habit in our lives, it plays a vital role for so many things without any realization, but when time comes, we could see the impact of that one habit.
