Habits that make you mentally strong and keep you away from depression.

Staying away from unnecessary chaos and debates, this is what have helped me so far in taking good decisions. There are so many habits anyone can get into to have a good and peaceful life but what if we only have to care about one habit and most of our negativity vanishes from life.

For me the most important thing is, in whatever work I am putting myself should matter in next 5 years or else I am not going to bother about that. We must have clarity about our habits and work ethics so we could be a good decision maker and action taker.

Most of our time goes in thinking and deciding and sometimes at the end we are not able to decide or say yes/No to the work. When we are clear about our skills and the work, we can be best at then we have a big advantage in saying No or yes while making any decision.

Stop bothering about everything you hear or see on social media or even in life, keep yourself limited to a few things but let yourself explore in that area of your choice. We all have our brain, we must do research, analysis before going ahead and getting involve in something.

Reading is what keeps me engaged in something which is beyond imagination and thinking. It gives me exposure to different scenarios and the solutions even before the problem arises, reading opens door to different dimensions of life to tackle problems in different ways and in more efficient ways.

Even if we have 2 or 3 good habits it could take care of various things in life, things which might make blunders. Never stop reading and asking questions, because this is what makes a life interesting and curious to be known by others.
