What we do in our day-to-day life decides what we will be in a couple of years, so it must be important for us to measure and look after our habits and behavior towards work and people.
I think we all
must have a boundary for us to live and grow without restrictions on our habits
and moods we are driven by so many unnecessary things. And that would lead us
to a messy life.
First of all, to get into a new habit you must start right now, and repeat it tomorrow. It depends from person to person, how long it will take to make a concrete habit.
Always focus on mini-steps
and micro habits that is how you will be enjoying the process of improvements
and new habits throughout the journey of improving your life.
Try not to skip
twice, skipping twice means you will have to start all over again and this is
not a good idea at all, so in case you missed one day just cover up the next
day by preparing yourself for the change.
Keep a record in the calendar. “Start today and repeat tomorrow!”.
