Being distracted from habits ?

One of the main reasons of being distracted from your routine is, whatever you are doing - you do it just for the sake of doing it, without knowing the actual value or benefits of it.

Whenever you are distracted, ask yourself whatever is distracting you has more value or benefits in the long term of your life ?

Also you need to prioritize your things to make it more convenient while working upon it.

Don't do anything excess, give some time to yourself. At times being in solitude is needed.

Evaluate your progress and look for the solution of the problem rather than just complaining about it.

And it's okay if you miss a day doing all of your regular activities. Even if you are doing all the activities for 5 days a week it is absolutely fine because your body and mind need rest too. You have a limited time and energy, use it wisely.
