Some questions to be asked from yourself.

Why do you want to stop feeling things ?  If you stop yourself from feelings, then what would be the difference between you and a machine or a non-living thing ?

You can try and understand things around you rather than just running away from all the things that bother you. Maturity comes when you try to understand things and people without having assumptions about any of them.

Pause and ask genuine questions from yourself. What is there actually that is bothering me or making me feel miserable ? Is there any solution to the problem I am facing ? How can I reach the root of the cause ? Asking questions is like meditation, it helps you by bringing clarity to your thoughts.
