Actually, there are a few habits that differ from most of the people’s habits but I will share just one as the question asked for one habit.
Being patient in critical situations to understand the cause and act. I think most of the people just blame other people or things for everything that happen in their life which counted as negative or bad. Here my habit is, I always try to reach to the root cause of the problem or the situation that occurs in my life or someone’s life related to me which come under bad phase/moment of life.
Giving sometime to self as well as others to explain the situation or the reasons, is one of the hard things people face while trying to handle the situation wisely. Instead of blaming someone else, stay with the problem and try to find out the causes that led the situation turn out to be a negative one.
And when it comes to our own faults, we should be courageous enough to accept it work on it to make sure it is not repeated twice.
To cover whole, understanding mindset is quite necessary in life to live peacefully and if you don’t try or want to understand anything or something then your life will be in chaos and you will live in misery.
