4 habits to change your life in 1 year

Let me share simple and easy 4 habits that have helped me become a better version of myself.

Trying out new things: I usually felt bored and dull following the same routine daily and I could not feel like repeating the same things at the same pace. What I did was, change the time place and frequency of the tasks to make them interesting. it is boring to make the same TO-DO list so I change the style, diary or notes, doing this, gives me a sense of trying something different than usual.

Being updated with the trends, at least have some basic knowledge and information related to it. You would not feel the fear of missing out and it will help broaden your knowledge and POV.

Keeping health as your priority: if you are fit mentally and physically you will feel confident and energetic while doing any work whether it is professional or personal also it helps you make better decisions.

Reading Physical books: Earlier I underestimated this habit but now I feel grateful that I started reading physical books. while reading on screen is fine but, having a sense of physical book in your hand is amazing. It has several benefits; it helps make you feel calm, focused and engaged. you get to see a broader POV of life and people from all around the world. it expands your thinking process in such a way you can't even imagine. the best thing is it helps you finding the purpose of life.
